Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re very busy working on your sites or developing your apps, you hardly ever have enough time to check what is happening with the virtual server – if it is overloaded or if all the processes are running properly. With our Managed Services deal, we will do that instead of you. Your virtual server will be included in our custom–developed monitoring software system and anytime there’s a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be notified momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of your data is compulsory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Managed Services deal, you will enjoy every week backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install and configure anything. And all the backup copies will be retained on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your data will always be safe, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your virtual server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & set up certain software applications on it. And if this may sound like something far too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an essential part of our Managed Services deal, is the right solution for you. While using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our knowledgeable system administrators who will install and configure any software application or solve any trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an additional feature.
