Catch-all Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud web hosting platform and you have a cloud web hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all functionality for any email mailbox that you create under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel includes quite a lot of functions, but it is surprisingly user-friendly, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes only one click. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be shown in this section alphabetically and you’ll simply have to click on the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the concrete email address. Our system will warn you if there is already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick a different mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes yet another click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be created with a couple of clicks in case you have a semi-dedicated server with us. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered through our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to set up email addresses under any domain name registered there. To activate the catch-all feature for a particular mailbox, you will have to click the symbol with the same name, which will be on the right side of each mailbox. Disabling this option can be achieved in the same fashion and will not require more than a click either. In case the catch-all functionality has already been enabled for a given domain name, you’ll receive a warning text message. The same goes if the mailbox that you’d like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never replace or disable any feature automatically.
